We had a good dinner at Indian Pass Raw Bar, even with all the Gator decor! This place is an old gas station turned into a restaurant. They only offer oysters (baked, steamed & raw), shrimp (steamed and stuffed), seafood gumbo, crab legs and then some non seafood items like hamburger,
hotdog, and
bbq sandwich. There are no side items, but they you can order corn on the cob. One of the coolest things about this place is that the bottled beer is self serve! You just pick your beer from the fridge when you are ready to have one! It's a good place to go & experience. I had the stuffed shrimp and they were good!
We got back and it was early; so the girls (well the adult girls) went for a walk on the beach. Eric of course was in packing mode at this point. I had to lay down with Bailey to get her quiet and she was out pretty quick! I fell asleep also.
We got up to another rainy morning, which made leaving a little easier. We hit the road around 8:15 and had a great trip home! We stopped by
Grandmother's house and visited her and ate lunch, that was a nice break for all of us. Then we were back on the road around 12:15 trying to get through downtown Atlanta before afternoon rush hour hit. We didn't have to make any stops so we made great time and got home around 3:40! The girls were very excited to be home and see Jonathan and all their toys!
It was a wonderful beach trip and the girls had a blast!
Bailey decided to pose for us
Such a cutie!
I couldn't pick just one to post in the blog!
The afternoon waves were rough on Friday; but Eric & Brandon got out there again!
The girls having some fun
Emma with a crab leg
Bailey loved watching Brandon eat his crab legs
For some reason they loved this Indian (see the orange & blue floor)
Just a few of the gator stuff around the place
This picture is especially for James!
The sun setting, I think this was the most we saw the sun that day
Eric & Reagan
